Kathryne has developed a wonderful program in conjunction with my senior nursing staff with content that is current, relevant and evidence based. She is an inspiring and witty presenter and she has a wonderful ability to maintain staff engagement throughout her sessions, no matter what the topic or the length of the session. Feedback from all staff is positive and enthusiastic.
Julie Strukovski - Director of Care Rosary Village
Kathryne gave a keynote talk and workshop on managing difficult situations for our operations and administrative staff at our annual conference in May 2018. She did significant research into the exact nature and needs of our staff and their roles, and the situations they faced. She then designed a talk and small group workshop specifically around these, enabling staff to learn skills, factors to consider and to take home tools and strategies to apply.

Kathryne covered the changing Role of the Registered Nurse from registration to the working the floor. She covered the topic of burn out and guided us through a workshop on preventing burnout by looking at organisational, work practise and personal approaches. She is engaging, experienced and knowledgeable and can include every participant, even if there is 50 of us!
