Her degrees in Nursing, Psychology and Sociology and postgraduate studies in Personnel Management allow her to comprehensively create and deliver quality material. Her recent consulting role with a major aged care provider developed her "root cause analysis" skills to assist your organisation in improving performance by identifying gaps and consulting solutions.
