Terms and Conditions

We recommend that you spend a few minutes going over our terms and conditions below so that you know exactly what to expect from us. They are clearly defined below and you can always speak to our team directly for extra clarification.
1. All sessions will be provided at a mutually agreeable time.

2. Cancellations prior to 7 days from the booking will require a ‘make-up date’. Cancellations less than 24 hrs prior to booking will incur full cost.

3. Payment by invoice with 14 days of invoicing by Direct Debit or by credit card payment

4. An appropriate space will be ready and available for the presentation to take place. If the training area requires the trainer to set up the area, this may reduce the time for the presentation.

5. The trainer will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the presentation.

6. Where possible the training area should be away from the residents.

7. Where possible staff should not leave during the session.

8. Staff are to arrive promptly for the session to commence, staff trailing in effects the quality of the training session by disrupting the presentation.

9. Aged care Consulting aims to ensure currency and best practice guidelines are met, presentations are offered as information only. Always refer to your local State regulations, Policies and Procedures. For further information and or advice please speak to your relevant Health or regulatory bodies.

10. In the case of an Outbreak, the trainer will not be able to attend. Cancellation Fee applies.
